1. What the purchase covers
Premium is a one-time unlock purchase for the premium features described on the site at the time of purchase, currently including additional shapes, larger print sizes, text-mode export, future premium features, and the commercial-use license for output you create with StringArt3D.
2. When to contact us about a refund
If you were charged incorrectly, were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, or the premium unlock does not activate on your account after payment, contact us at support [at] stringart3d.com and include the email address used for purchase plus any relevant receipt or payment details.
3. Compatibility note
StringArt3D depends in part on third-party printer hardware, firmware, slicers, vendor software, and related ecosystems outside our control. Compatibility may evolve over time as those third-party environments change. Because of that, the premium purchase is not a promise of perpetual compatibility with every future device, firmware version, slicer version, vendor platform, or operating environment.
4. How refunds are handled
We review refund requests case by case and aim to handle clear billing mistakes or fulfillment failures fairly. Approved refunds are issued back through the original payment method where possible.
