## What the purchase covers

Premium is a one-time lifetime license purchase for premium features described on the site at the time of purchase, currently including additional shapes, larger print sizes, text-mode export, future premium features, and the commercial-use license for output created with StringArt3D. It is not recurring and does not auto-renew.

## When to contact StringArt3D about a refund

Users should contact support [at] stringart3d.com if they were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same intended purchase, or if the premium unlock does not activate on their account after payment.

Users should include the email address used for purchase and any relevant receipt or payment details.

## Compatibility note

StringArt3D depends in part on third-party printer hardware, firmware, slicers, vendor software, and related ecosystems outside StringArt3D's control. Compatibility may evolve as third-party environments change. The Premium purchase is not a promise of perpetual compatibility with every future device, firmware version, slicer version, vendor platform, or operating environment.

## How refunds are handled

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Clear billing mistakes or fulfillment failures are handled fairly. Approved refunds are issued back through the original payment method where possible.
