## Information collected

### Uploaded images and generation text

All image processing and generation-text processing happens in the user's browser. Uploaded photos and entered generation text are not sent to StringArt3D servers, not stored on StringArt3D servers, and not shared by StringArt3D as part of the generation workflow.

### Usage analytics

StringArt3D uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as visited pages, session duration, browser type, approximate geographic location, and referral source. Referral source classification may include AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Poe, You.com, and Phind when visible from standard referrer or UTM parameters.

### Access-code analytics

If a user enters an access code, StringArt3D stores the normalized code in browser storage and sends high-level milestone analytics to Supabase tied to that code, including adoption and retention metrics. This is not click-by-click tracking.

### Authentication and account data

If a user creates an account or signs in, StringArt3D processes data needed for authentication and account operation, including email address, session data, and profile information.

### Payment and entitlement data

If a user buys Premium, Stripe processes payment details. StringArt3D stores minimum account-linked fulfillment data needed to activate premium access and support purchase troubleshooting.

### Hosting and infrastructure

The site is hosted on Lovable and uses Supabase for backend services. Providers may collect standard server logs such as IP address, request timestamp, and user agent.

## How information is used

StringArt3D uses analytics data to understand usage patterns, fix bugs, and improve the app. It does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Account and session data are used to authenticate users, provide account access, display profile information, and secure the service.

Payment fulfillment data is used to activate premium features, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and support purchase issues.

## Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics may set analytics cookies. Authentication features may use essential session storage. App preferences and access-code records may be stored in browser localStorage.

## Data retention

Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings. High-level access-code analytics and premium purchase records are retained while needed for product analytics, operations, accounting, fraud prevention, support, or legal reasons. User-uploaded images, entered generation text, and generated files are not stored on StringArt3D servers.

## User rights

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data. Account-related deletion requests can be sent to support [at] stringart3d.com, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
